"Give" Opportunity - Family Week 2026 Volunteers

June 8-12, 2026 Thank you for desiring to serve the families of Salem Kids in this way!! Here's the week's Itinerary for Volunteers.

 
Monday Night -

5:45-6:15 - Arrive/Dinner together 
6:30-6:45 - Worship in the auditorium
6:45-8:30 - Serve kids rooms (please choose where you would like to serve)

Tuesday Night - Family night at home - NO VOLUNTEERS NEEDED

Wednesday Night -

5:45-6:15 - Arrive/Dinner together 
6:30-6:45 - Worship in the auditorium
6:45-8:30 - Serve kids rooms (please choose where you would like to serve)

Thursday Night - Family night at home - NO VOLUNTEERS NEEDED

Friday Night - Parents Night Out 

5:15-5:45 - Arrive/Dinner together 
6 pm - Drop off kids (dinner provided for children) 
6:30-8:30 - Carnival games, bounce houses, movie ect... 
8:30 - Pickup/Clean Up

Dinner will be provided for all volunteers from 5:45-6:15 pm on Monday and Wednesday night, and 5:15-5:45 on Friday night

Each room will be prepped and ready for you to just simply facilitate; there will be no teaching during this time. You will just be watching the children, playing games, play doh, coloring pages.... rising 7th graders- rising 12 graders - will be assisting Bryson May in a game time for the K-rising 6th graders kids.

We believe that serving these kids/families all 3 nights will build a relationship and a trust you will treasure for years; so we encourage everyone to serve all 3 nights (frankly, we will need your help). We also realize that might not work for everyone's schedule.
